An asset is a device, equipment, or gateway to be monitored by the solution. An asset can belong to a single asset type that best matches the type’s characteristics. Click the asset to see the location and event history.

Create asset

1. Click Assets on the left menu:

Click the move to my location icon, image-20240508-185427.pngImage Added , to move to your actual location on the map. Your browser may ask you to allow ClearBlade Intelligent Assets to know your location.

Click the group rows icon, image-20240521-181441.pngImage Added , on the top right of the page and the add column button above the table to group the rows. You can group by multiple columns. Here is an example of assets grouped by type and last updated:

Click the expand arrows, image-20240521-173820.pngImage Added , within each asset to see the entire asset’s grouping. You can also click the expand all icon, image-20240521-173917.pngImage Added , next to the Actions title at the top of the table to expand all assets' groupings.

You can change the order of the grouping by moving the columns to the right or left of each other. For instance, you can drag type to the right of last updated:
