After A new user is registered after activating the ClearBlade IoT Core offering from the Google Cloud Marketplace, a new developer is registered. That developer user has permission to connect Google Cloud projects and migrate or create new device registries.
You must complete the following these steps to allow other developers users to build on existing device registries:
1. Open the project selector window (drop-down at the top of the page).

2. Choose the edit icon to update the project area settings.

4. Click add and provide the developer's user’s email. The developer user must already be registered in ClearBlade IoT Core.
